1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "big288", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the legal entity operating the big288 platform at https://big288.cam, licensed and incorporated under the laws of the applicable offshore jurisdiction.
• "Platform" means the big288 website, any associated mobile-optimized pages, software, APIs, and all gaming content made available thereon.
• "Player", "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Funds" means Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) balances held in your Account for the purpose of wagering or withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other promotional benefit offered by big288 to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by the Company to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• "RTP" means Return to Player, the theoretical percentage of wagered money that a particular game returns to players over a statistically significant number of rounds.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to and use of the big288 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. big288 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. If we have reason to believe a Player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account and withhold any Funds pending investigation. Any winnings generated by an underage user will be forfeited in their entirety.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is accessible to players located in Indonesia and other jurisdictions where accessing offshore online gaming services is not explicitly prohibited by the user's personal legal obligations. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have assessed your own legal position and accept full responsibility for compliance with any local laws applicable to you. big288 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction.

2.3 Restricted Territories

Certain jurisdictions are expressly restricted from accessing big288 regardless of residency or citizenship. Players from restricted territories who attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions—including through the use of virtual private networks (VPN), proxy servers, or other obfuscation technologies—are in breach of these Terms. Any Account found to have used circumvention technologies to bypass territory restrictions will be suspended immediately and all Funds forfeited.

2.4 Single Account Rule

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in the same name, using different names, or through shared devices or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access betting and gaming services on the big288 Platform, Players must complete our registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Required information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on a government-issued identity document), date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and primary payment method details. big288 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information associated with your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds. This includes—but is not limited to—providing a false date of birth to circumvent age verification requirements.

3.3 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. big288 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify big288 Customer Support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

big288 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances (such as large deposits or triggered risk reviews). KYC documents typically required include: a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and may prevent withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

big288 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Additional methods may be made available at big288's discretion and will be displayed on the Platform's deposit page.

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform's deposit interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). Deposits submitted outside banking hours may be delayed until the next banking session. E-wallet deposits are generally processed instantly. big288 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or national holidays observed by Indonesian financial institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your big288 Account, you must: (a) have successfully completed KYC identity verification; (b) have wagered the deposited amount at least once (1x turnover on all standard deposits, unless bonus terms specify otherwise); and (c) be withdrawing to a payment method in your own name that matches your registered Account details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strict ly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by big288's finance team within 10–30 minutes during operational hours (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays). Approved withdrawals are then subject to the processing times of the receiving bank or e-wallet provider. big288 targets same-day withdrawal completion for all requests submitted before 22:00 WIB. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal interface. big288 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Players may not withdraw funds that have been credited to their Account as bonus amounts until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

4.6 Currency

All transactions on the big288 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). big288 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player at the banking level are the Player's sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

big288 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Idul Fitri, and the FIFA World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Platform, which form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period; unused bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited at expiry.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each Player is entitled to claim each specific bonus promotion only once, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times—whether through multiple accounts, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods—constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible Account suspension. Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and do not represent a financial product, guaranteed return, or contractual entitlement.

5.4 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, and certain slot categories may contribute at different percentage rates (e.g., slots at 100%, live casino at 10%, sports bets at 50%). Contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagers placed on games with 0% contribution will not count toward wagering requirement completion.

5.5 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

big288 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering patterns, hedging strategies, low-risk wagering designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk exposure, and collusion between players. Any Account found to be exploiting promotional offers in bad faith will have all bonus-derived winnings voided. big288's determination in such matters is final.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at big288's sole discretion. big288 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager without prior notice. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification from the Platform. Bets placed on events whose outcomes are already determined at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

big288 offers betting markets on domestic and international sporting events, including BRI Liga 1 (Indonesia's top football league), English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Championship featuring Timnas Indonesia, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Market types include standard 1X2, Over/Under, Asian Handicap (voor bola), Both Teams to Score, Correct Score, mix parlay (accumulator), and in-play live betting. Specific rules for each sport and market type are published in the Platform's sports betting rules section.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

Casino and slot games are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game is governed by its own rules as set by the provider. Published RTP percentages for all games are available on the Platform and represent long-term statistical return rates, not guarantees of individual session results.

6.4 Lottery & Togel Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other lottery-format games available on big288 are governed by draw-specific rules published on the Platform. Draw times are displayed in WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Results are final once the draw has been completed and verified. No claims will be entertained after the claim deadline stated in the game's specific rules.

6.5 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" in the industry), big288 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be honored. big288 will notify affected Players where practicable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the big288 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts (whether personally or through associates).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to process proceeds of crime, or making deposits and withdrawals without genuine intent to wager.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker, sports betting, or promotional competitions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to bypass geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with big288 staff or other Players.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

big288 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, technical outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, or banking system outages in Indonesia).

8.2 Wagering Losses

The nature of gambling involves risk of financial loss. big288 is not liable for any wagering losses incurred by Players in the normal course of gaming activity. All bets are placed voluntarily, and Players accept the inherent financial risk of gambling when they create an Account and place wagers. big288 strongly encourages all Players to review our Responsible Gaming page and implement personal betting limits.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, big288's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless big288, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms; (b) your breach of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your Account.

9. Privacy & Data

big288 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure, internationally certified servers. big288 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which big288 holds its gaming license. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and big288 regarding any aspect of your Account, wager, or these Terms, you should first contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. big288 will endeavor to respond to all dispute notifications within 5 business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of your initial notification, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body specified in our gaming license jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative action against big288. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

12. Amendments to These Terms

big288 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or formatting updates) may be published without advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
